Terms and Conditions

About These Terms

These terms cover your use of the Drywall Repair Irvington website. By reading or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. We wrote them in plain words so they are easy to follow.

What This Website Is For

This is an informational site for a drywall business working in Irvington, NJ and nearby towns. It explains the kinds of work we do, like drywall repair, patching, hanging, finishing and ceiling repair. It does not sell anything online and does not take orders, payments or bookings.

The only way to reach us is by phone at (973) 447-8743. There are no forms, accounts or sign-ups on this site.

Site Content Is General Information

What you read here is a general description of how drywall work goes. Every wall and ceiling is different. Water damage, old patches or the framing behind the board can change what a job needs. Nothing on this site is a quote, a price or a promise about your specific job.

How Work Gets Agreed On

Any actual work is set up between you and us directly, after we talk by phone and look at the damage. The scope, timing and cost for a job are agreed on at that point. Those terms, not this website, govern the work.

Photos and Written Content

The text, photos and layout on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to read and share a page for personal use. Please do not copy our content to another website or use it for a business purpose without asking first.

Limits on Our Responsibility

We try to keep the site accurate and working, but we cannot promise it is always current, complete or free of errors. We are not responsible for losses that come from relying on the site's general information instead of talking with us about your job. Use the site at your own judgment.

Changes and Questions

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

If something here is unclear, a short phone conversation at (973) 447-8743 is the easiest way to sort it out, and we will walk you through it.
